Satvic Capitals is a trading desk for unlisted and pre-IPO equity — built for institutional, family office, and UHNI clients who require diligence and discretion before they require a quote.
Satvic Capitals Private Limited facilitates information-sharing and introductions relating to unlisted and pre-IPO equity in India. We maintain active trading coverage on a working set of actively transacted counters and connect institutional, family office, and UHNI clients with documented, off-market transfer pathways — supported end to end by a named desk contact rather than an automated platform.

Request the full note →Entry ahead of the listing cycleInvestors can gain exposure to a business before a public listing re-prices it.
No continuous marketExiting a position depends on finding a willing counterparty; there is no order book.
Lower correlation to index sentimentUnlisted holdings don't move with daily market-wide swings, which can diversify a broader portfolio.
Wider, indicative spreadsPrices are privately negotiated and can vary meaningfully between platforms and desks.
Names with no listed equivalentSome businesses — exchanges, large private groups — simply aren't available any other way.
Lighter reporting standardsUnlisted companies aren't bound by exchange disclosure norms, so information is comparatively thin.
Pricing set by discussion, not momentumA patient buyer isn't competing against order-book sentiment for their entry price.
No fixed holding periodMany positions are held for years awaiting a listing or strategic sale, with no guaranteed timeline.
